The Strangford is Hampton’s lean-to greenhouse—crafted to sit elegantly against a garden wall, boundary, or courtyard edge. With a compact footprint of approx. 4.2m x 3.0m and a 25° roof pitch, it’s perfectly suited to smaller spaces without compromising on performance or design.
A central door set within the long elevation, beneath a triangular gable, creates symmetry and ease of access. The frame is built from FSC-certified thermally modified hardwood (Durability Class 1, 25+ years), with powder-coated aluminium detailing to the ridge, gutters, and flashings. It’s finished in Hampton ToughCoat™, our bonded marine-grade two-pack coating system —available in six colours or natural timber finish which resembles walnut with a 1 year paint warranty.
The ventilated glazing system prevents condensation build-up and allows for straightforward glass replacement via clip-on trims. Two thermostatic roof vents and three side windows regulate airflow. The Strangford is available with either a traditional brick base or a lighter timber panel format.
