Return and Refund Policy

At Hampton Conservatories, our greenhouses are bespoke, handcrafted, and custom-built to your specific requirements and dimensions. Because these items are made-to-order, our return policy differs from standard "off-the-shelf" retailers.

Cancellations & Custom Orders
Once an order for a bespoke greenhouse has entered the production phase, it cannot be cancelled or returned, as the materials and design have been tailored specifically to your specifications. We encourage all customers to review their design specifications and site measurements thoroughly before confirming an order.

Damages and Issues
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective, damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at webenquiries@hc-online.co.uk.

  • We will evaluate the issue and, where a fault is identified, we will arrange for a repair, replacement of the specific part, or a correction of the error at no cost to you.
  • Any claims for transit damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable Items
As all our greenhouses are custom products (special orders or personalised items), they are exempt from the standard right to return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect site preparation by the customer.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the event that a product is proven to be defective and a repair or replacement is not possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
