However, as our greenhouses are handcrafted from natural materials (wood), slight variations in grain, colour, and finish may occur. We do not warrant that the appearance of products will be an exact match to those rendered on your screen due to device settings.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CUSTOMISATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Because our products are bespoke and built to your specifications, your order is not accepted until Hampton Greenhouses confirms acceptance and a deposit or full payment is processed. Please review your design specifications carefully; once a bespoke order has entered the production phase, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Due to the nature of our products, delivery and installation times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, site access issues, or events outside our control (Force Majeure).

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and branding are owned by Hampton Conservatories Ltd or its licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Hampton Greenhouses is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Hampton Conservatories Ltd, including any damage or loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK / Northern Ireland. You and Hampton Conservatories Ltd consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland for any disputes arising from these Terms.
